Lilly is an almost 7-month-old female Great Dane who is learning to have fun.

When she came into rescue, she was battling a respiratory infection, worms, and a skin condition.  She was also underweight.  Lilly was not fully potty trained at the time, but after completing her worm treatment it has made it easier for her to make progress with the potty training.  She has done very well the last few weeks.  Lilly was recently spayed and is finishing her recovery.

Lilly knows a few basic commands - sit, stay, speak and be quiet.   She can appear shy at first with new people, but will quickly warm up and has bonded with the adult female Dane in the foster home.  She plays well with her and is perfecting her game of tug.  Lilly  has learned to be more outgoing by spending time with her Dane companion, Bailey.

Lilly's favorite toy is a tire toy, but she also loves to play with plastic water bottles, tug toys and anything that squeaks.  She will try to nudge and play with the cat in the home.

Lilly is a bit shy and insecure and would do best with another stable dog in the home to help guide her.  She is very loving and sweet, looking for her forever home.
