Did you hear the news?

I’m officially healthy and available for adoption! Come meet her at the Mutt Strut on Sunday, May 6th at Bennett’s Creek Park.

Layla is a 5 year old female spayed Dane who came to us in November 2017 after running stray for some time and being hit by a car. She was unclaimed at animal control and her care was transferred to GDROC after her 10 day hold was up. Layla required multiple surgeries to address the many wounds and injuries sustained as a result of being hit by a car. She has now fully recovered and has been spayed. Because of her condition at the time we acquired her and the extensive recovery period, we have been unable to evaluate her with other animals as we normally would. She has displayed no adverse signs with other dogs when at the vet. We will begin assessing her social skills with other animals in the coming weeks. Those interested in adopting Layla should apply here.
